About Inmarsat

Inmarsat is a respected company specializing in satellite communication. Since its inception in 1979, Inmarsat has contributed to a revolution in long-distance communication, enabling uninterrupted connections even in locations remote from terrestrial telecommunication networks.

The Inmarsat network operates with three geostationary satellites of the latest generation, Inmarsat-4, which makes it possible to achieve stable system operation virtually worldwide.

It offers satellite telephony and BGAN satellite internet (broadband services) with coverage of about 85% of the Earth’s surface (outside the circumpolar zones).
